Ceremony & Reception Tentative Schedule
Arrival
Please plan to arrive between 3:00-3:30pm.
Ceremony
Our ceremony will be led by Pastor Alejandro Villalobos, close family friend of the Alvarados.
Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, we will hold a cocktail hour, enjoying light cocktail appetizers and our signature cocktail drinks.
Dinner
We will be enjoying a delicious 4 course meal, designed by the talented chefs of Alta Fiori.
Dancing
Moving into the reception, the First Dance will lead into the official opening of the dance floor, led by DJ Vito.
Cake Cutting
A quick break to cut some cake!
*For guests who would prefer an early night, this will be the transition to the late night dancing party! We anticipate this time to be 8:00 pm*
Dancing & Midnight Meal
Lots of dancing (be prepared to sweat!) and the serving of an additional meal (10:00 pm) to keep the party going!
Send Off
The reception formally ends with the sending off of the bride and groom! (Approx. 11:00 pm)
